Hands-On Care, Built Around Your Goals
Every service starts with a comprehensive evaluation with John — no generic protocols, no rotating providers.
Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Your care starts with a comprehensive evaluation to identify the specific impairments limiting you from reaching your goals — whether that's spinal pain, joint pain, or a nagging movement limitation. From there, John builds a plan of action combining manual therapy, progressive exercise, and education so you understand not just what to do, but why.
Sports Rehabilitation
Housed inside Ford Sports Performance, RMP's sports rehab bridges the gap between injury recovery and return to competition. Treatment is centered on the demands of your specific sport, with targeted manual therapy and progressive exercise designed to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence — not just clear you to play, but prepare you to perform.
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy
BFR training uses a specialized cuff to safely restrict blood flow to a limb during low-load exercise, stimulating strength and muscle gains similar to heavy lifting — without the joint stress. It's especially valuable post-surgery or in early rehab, when heavier loading isn't yet appropriate but preserving strength is critical.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
Using specialized tools, IASTM helps break up scar tissue and fascial restrictions, improve mobility, and reduce pain in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It's often paired with progressive exercise to help translate short-term relief into lasting movement improvement.
Myofascial Decompression (Cupping)
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress soft tissue, improving local circulation and relieving muscular tension. It's frequently used alongside manual therapy and exercise to help reduce pain and improve range of motion.
TMD (Temporomandibular Dysfunction) Treatment
You don't have to just live with jaw pain when opening, closing, yawning, or eating. RMP treats the jaw like any other joint — assessing both jaw function and the posture of neighboring structures (neck, upper back, shoulders). Manual therapy relieves symptoms and improves range of motion quickly, while progressive exercise and activity recommendations build lasting capacity — so you can enjoy that apple or baguette without a second thought.
